There are many suppliers to choose from worldwide. Qualifying suppliers is costly and very time consuming no matter what approach you take. We take extra measures to eliminate suppliers that are not world class. As a result, our suppliers undergo strenuous pre-qualification before we engage. Otherwise we don’t stay in business.
Our customers rely on us to partner with good suppliers and make good decisions for them. Problems will occur. This is not a perfect world. However, if and when a problem does occur we will tell you before you ask, and we will tell you what the options are and when to expect resolution. If you have a supplier with many problems you need a new supplier. We have a core set of suppliers that we know will support our customers based on years of experience.
